I logged into the website and I found another journal called International Journal on E-Learning (IJEL) looks very interesting. I am still debating whcih we should go for.

也不錯,我看他收納的範圍蠻廣的,文章也有長有短,少的一兩頁,多的有到十幾頁...主題好像不一定是要實徵研究,總而言之,我的意見是,如果moore要幫我們編輯,或是心荷說的那個朋友可以幫我們編輯,那我們就力拼一下Journal of Technology and Teacher Education.....
then,What about try Journal of Technology and Teacher Education (JTATE) first. If we are rejected, then we can submited the paper to International Journal on E-Learning (IJEL)
